User Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions set out the rules that govern use of the Glorion site and services. They explain the relationship between us and players, outline account responsibilities, and describe how we manage promotions, deposits and withdrawals. Account responsibilities
When you open an account you must provide accurate, current information and keep your contact details up to date. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Acceptable platform use
Users must not abuse system vulnerabilities, attempt to manipulate games, use multiple accounts to exploit bonuses, or interfere with other players. Use of VPNs to bypass geo-restrictions is prohibited. Any behaviour that compromises platform integrity may result in suspension and forfeiture of funds derived from such activity.
General bonus and promotion rules
Promotions are subject to their specific terms as well as these general rules. Bonus funds and free spins are often subject to wagering requirements, contribution rates from different game types, maximum bet limits while wagering and expiry periods. Bonus balances cannot normally be withdrawn until applicable conditions are satisfied. We may void bonuses and winnings if we suspect abuse or breach of promotion conditions.
Deposits and withdrawals
We accept a range of payment methods suitable for Canadian players. Deposits are typically processed immediately; withdrawals are subject to verification checks and our withdrawal procedures.
